Company Successfully Passes Three Management System Recertification Audit

From April 13 to 16, 2026, a four-expert audit team dispatched by the certification body conducted a four-day on-site recertification audit of the Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (Three Systems) at Shanxi Jinbaodao Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd.
To further consolidate the management foundation and optimize system operation efficiency, the company has strictly implemented system standards in line with the characteristics of foundation engineering construction, continuously improved control mechanisms, and ensured the standardized implementation of all management work. During the audit, the expert team conducted a comprehensive review of administration, project management, technical safety, construction production, and environmental control in accordance with GB/T19001-2016, GB/T24001-2016, and GB/T45001-2020 standards through document review, on-site interviews, and project verification. Upon comprehensive evaluation, the company’s Three Systems were confirmed to operate in a standardized, well-controlled, and sustainable manner, and successfully passed the recertification.
At the opening meeting, the company’s management welcomed the audit team, introduced the corporate development strategy and system operation status, and required all departments to fully cooperate, identify gaps, and pursue continuous improvement. At the closing meeting, the audit team highly affirmed the system operation, commended complete system documents and effective implementation of construction safety and environmental protection measures, and put forward professional suggestions for detailed issues. The management pledged to strictly carry out rectification and complete closed-loop management within a time limit to further enhance system efficiency.
Led by the Administration and Personnel Department and supported by all departments, the audit was completed efficiently, demonstrating the company’s rigorous and standardized management style. This recertification serves as a comprehensive inspection of the company’s management system and provides clear guidance for future upgrades. Moving forward, the company will take this recertification as a new starting point, deepen the implementation of the Three Systems in project construction and daily operation, optimize management processes, strengthen risk prevention and control, improve service quality, and empower high-quality and sustainable development through standardized management.
