Shanxi Jinbaodao Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd., founded in 2007, is a ‘Specialized, Refined, Special and Innovative’ benchmarking enterprise in Shanxi Province, and is one of the largest professional dynamic compaction companies in China. The company has strong professional technical force and complete equipment, which can undertake various dynamic compaction projects with tamping energy of 1000-50000kN·m. In recent years, the company has established branches in Xinjiang, Guizhou, Gansu, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guangdong, Hebei and Cambodia, Thailand, Uzbekistan and others places abroad.
The company currently has more than 300 employees and owns 140 sets of various dynamic compaction construction machinery and equipment, including the super large energy level dynamic compaction equipment (tamping energy up to 50000kN·m) and high-efficiency professional dynamic compaction equipment developed by JIN BAODAO. Jinbaodao has always been emphasising on the innovation of science and technology for building core competitiveness. The company first proposed the environmental concept of foundation treatment ’Piling Replaced by Tamping, Rolling Replaced by Tamping’. On the basis of this ideal, with the help of dynamic compaction, elimating pile foundation or reducing the pile diameter or pile number will save hundreds of millions of yuan for more than hundred projects; through ‘the tamping energy changes water content’, which can solve the situation of collapsible loess in some water-poor areas; through ‘tamping energy exchange efficiency’, which will greatly shorten the construction period; through ‘the taming energy change particle size’, which can solve effictively the foundation treatment with poor soil particle. Combined with the characteristics of dynamic compaction, the company put forward the method to dispose of the construction waste, which not only greatly improved the bearing capacity of the foundation but effectively alleviated the problem of social and ecological environment coordination caused by a mass of construction waste due to the urbanization in China.
The company also pays attention to roll out the technical and scientific achievements. It edited the group standard of Henan Engineering Survey and Design Industry Association ‘Technical Standard for Foundation Treatment of fill engineering’, participated in the compilation of Shanxi Engineering Construction local standard ‘Collapsable loess Site Survey and Foundation Treatment Technical Code’、China Real Estate Association Standard ‘Construction and Municipal Foundation General Standard’、 China Engineering Construction Standardization Association standard ‘Loess high fill site and foundation technical code’ and other standards. The company has been authorized more than 20 patents at home and broad.
