Gratitude at Year’s End, Together We Advance — New Year Greetings to JIN BAODAO Team

Time flies and the year turns. A busy yet fulfilling year is coming to a successful close. This marks my second year at JIN BAODAO.
As a member of the Administration & Human Resources Department, on this warm occasion approaching the holiday break, I, on behalf of the department, would like to extend my sincere gratitude and warmest wishes to every colleague who has stayed committed at the project frontlines and worked diligently in silence.
Over the past year, our footprint has spread far and wide. Under the scorching sun, amid wind and rain, and late into the night, your dedication to duty and pursuit of excellence can be seen everywhere. Every inch of compacted ground bears your sweat; every high-quality project embodies your commitment. You have laid solid foundations with craftsmanship, guarded safety with responsibility, and paved the way for the company’s development.
The Administration and Human Resources Department has always stayed true to its mission of "serving the front lines and securing the rear", fully providing logistical support, and moving forward in unity with all colleagues.
Looking back, this year has been a year of progress for JIN BAODAO. Faced with market challenges, we vigorously expanded into overseas markets. Working together as one team, we overcame difficulties, successfully completed all tasks, and forged ahead steadily in the dynamic compaction and foundation industry.
2026 will be a year of expansion for the company. We will carry forward our 18-year pioneering spirit and strive for greater progress together. As the year draws to a close and the holiday approaches, may you set aside tiredness, reunite with your families, and recharge for new achievements.
In the new year, the Administration and Human Resources Department will continue to improve its services and provide full support. May we continue to deepen our expertise with craftsmanship, march forward courageously with a pioneering spirit, and jointly write a new chapter of high-quality development for the company!
