Recently, upon review and public notice by competent authorities, JIN BAODAO has successfully passed the 2026 reassessment for Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative (SRDI) Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Shanxi Province. Since first obtaining this qualification in 2023, the company has focused on the segmented field of dynamic compaction foundation treatment and adhered to the SRDI development path. The successful reassessment is high recognition of our technological innovation, standardized operation and profound expertise in this niche sector.
Focusing on our core business, we consistently ramp up R&D investment to break key technical bottlenecks, improve construction quality and service capacity, shore up weak links in industrial and supply chains, and consolidate our position as an industry innovation leader.
In terms of management, we advance refined governance and perfect integrated management systems covering quality, environment, occupational health and safety. The recertification of these three systems was completed this year, steadily elevating our standardized operation capacity.
For distinctive development, we pioneered the low-carbon concept of "Piling Replaced by Tamping，Rolling Replaced by Tamping" to cut industry costs and boost efficiency. We have built high-level industry-university-research platforms, including a joint R&D center for dynamic compaction technology and university cooperation bases, and were accredited as a Taiyuan Municipal Enterprise Technology Center in 2026. We have sponsored special journal issues and published monographs, consolidating our leading brand status in dynamic compaction.
As for innovative development, we continuously upgrade core equipment, having developed super-high energy dynamic compaction machinery and carried out intelligent equipment R&D to stay ahead of the industry. We expand global footprint: on the basis of established presence in Southeast and Central Asia, we explored markets in Azerbaijan and Africa in 2026 to achieve balanced domestic and overseas business growth. Taking the annual theme of "Exploration Year", we deepen institutional reforms, optimize management and performance systems, and accelerate transformation into a modern technology-based construction enterprise.
The passed SRDI reassessment verifies our comprehensive strengths in R&D innovation, compliant operation and market management. Going forward, JIN BAODAO will take this milestone as a new starting point. We will deepen our layout in dynamic compaction, uphold technological innovation and green development, expand domestic and overseas markets, and fuel the high-quality development of the foundation treatment industry.
