Alumni Bond Unites Strengths, Joint Efforts Usher in a New Chapter ——Delegation of Nanjing University of Science and Technology Shanxi Alumni Association Visited Our Company for Symposium

Recently, to deepen alumni resource linkage and build a platform for university-enterprise collaboration and mutual support, Fan Fugang, President of the NJUST Shanxi Alumni Association, led more than ten alumni representatives to visit our company for inspection and discussion. Wen Zhe, Chairman of the Company and Vice President of the NJUST Shanxi Alumni Association, provided full reception. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on information sharing, technological innovation, industrial coordination and joint talent cultivation. They also focused on discussions regarding the preparation for the establishment of the NJUST Central Asia Alumni Association and reached a number of consensus on cooperation.
The delegation visited the corporate cultural wall and exhibition hall. Accompanied by Dong Baozhi, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Company, they learned about the company’s development history, core business layout, technological breakthroughs and medium-to-long-term development strategies. The independently developed key dynamic compaction equipment and cutting-edge technologies were showcased, as well as the achievements of the company growing into a national high-tech enterprise and a Specialized, Refined, Innovative and New Enterprise through long-term dedication to the industry. The alumni held extensive discussions on ultra-high energy-level dynamic compaction technology, industry-university-research transformation and cutting-edge industry trends, and spoke highly of the company’s craftsmanship in focusing on main business and continuous innovation.
At the forum, Chairman Wen Zhe elaborated on the company’s technical system, market layout, innovative plans for intelligent dynamic compaction and composite new processes, as well as its overseas business achievements. Seizing opportunities under the Belt and Road Initiative, the company promotes the Chinese Solution for Dynamic Compaction Engineering, featuring high efficiency, environmental protection and low cost. Its business has expanded to Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa and other regions, earning wide recognition in overseas markets.
President Fan Fugang illustrated the significance of establishing the Central Asia Alumni Association. He noted that the association will connect alumni at home and abroad and create a new platform for industry-university-research cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative, facilitating talent exchange, achievement commercialization and international academic communication. Inheriting the fine school spirit of NJUST, the association will serve as a high-quality overseas platform for alumni and fuel the university’s international development and regional cooperation along the Belt and Road.
After the forum, the company hosted an alumni dinner. Participants recalled campus memories and discussed future development, with multiple intentions for technical docking and project cooperation reached on site. At the closing of the event, the alumni association presented commemorative gifts to the company. A unveiling ceremony for the joint university-enterprise internship base was held, laying a solid foundation for subsequent talent delivery and joint research tackling.
This visit effectively united alumni forces and strengthened university-enterprise ties. Going forward, both parties will leverage the alumni platform to integrate high-quality resources, advance collaborative innovation of industry, university and research institutes, pursue complementary advantages and win-win results, and jointly boost high-quality industrial development and regional construction under the Belt and Road Initiative.
