In the autumn of 2024, I had the privilege of embarking on a location tour of the Dalian Project Department with the company's leaders and the promotional film shooting team.The morning in Taiyuan was cool with a trace of coolness. Although I was carrying heavy photographic equipment, my heart was full of expectations.This mission is not only a challenge to my work, but also a rare experience.
After bumps along the way, we finally arrived at the Dalian Project Department.The scene in front of me shocked me.At that moment, I deeply felt the power of the ”infrastructure Madman".This kind of power is not only reflected in the vision, but also a kind of spiritual shock-the towering equipment, busy workers, and neat materials all demonstrate the grandeur and vitality of the project.
Under the guidance of Wen Jinsuo, the project leader, we visited the construction site.Before the official start of filming, Mr. Wen had a detailed script discussion with the shooting team to ensure that each member had a clear understanding of the shooting content and method.Mr. Wen also communicated efficiently with the on-site construction personnel, coordinated the shooting site, and ensured that the safety of the team and the construction progress were not affected.
However, the sky is not beautiful.With dark clouds and strong winds, we had to pause shooting.The team members sat around and discussed options to ensure that once the weather cleared, we could resume work quickly.Finally, the clouds opened and the fog dissipated, and the sun shone on the construction site. We moved quickly. The roar of machinery and the sound of the shutter intertwined to record this magnificent moment.
Early the next morning, we arrived at the project site before the sun rose and started a new day of shooting.The golden sun shines on the sparkling sea, adding mystery to the entire project site.The shooting team quickly entered the state, adjusted the lens, and captured every wonderful moment......
In just a few days, we collected a lot of precious materials.What is recorded in the camera is not only the employees' work moments, but also their enthusiasm and focus on their work.We captured the sweat and firm eyes of the workers when they were working, and we also recorded their laughter and laughter when they were resting.These pictures show their professional skills, but also convey the spirit of teamwork and optimism.
During the filming, Mr. Wen had an in-depth exchange with Manager Wen.Manager Wen has been joining Jinbaodao for more than ten years. Despite his hard work, his love for this job and his vision for the future are beyond words.He told me that it is their greatest pride to be able to participate in such a large-scale project on behalf of Jinbao Island and contribute to the construction of the country.
As the sun set, we ended a few days of shooting.Although tired, everyone's heart is full of a sense of accomplishment.This experience of picking wind made me deeply realize that the company's promotional videos are not only a window for external display, but also an important carrier for transmitting corporate culture and values.Through these lenses, the audience will more directly feel the cohesion and professionalism of Jinbaodao, as well as the love of work and expectations for the future of every employee.
