Carrying out the Xiguitu project in the snow

On March 3, 2025, the fourth day of the second lunar month, Baotou Xiguitu project welcomed its first snow of the year. The alternation of winter and spring brings great challenges to dynamic compaction construction due to wind and snow. The dynamic compactor stands like a steel giant, despite its body being covered in snowflakes, it still runs strongly. The hammer hits the ground, creating snow and mist. At the construction site, workers are dressed in cotton coats and wearing safety helmets, busy in the wind and snow. Their faces were red and their eyebrows were frosty, but they were focused and resolute in directing operations, inspecting equipment, and ensuring construction safety and quality.
The strong wind lifted up snow and attempted to hinder construction, but the workers did not back down and cooperated with each other to resist the wind and snow. Their figures are small yet great, composing a magnificent hymn of construction with perseverance and persistence. The construction in this snowstorm is not only a test of technology, but also a challenge to willpower. The workers proved with determination and perseverance that any difficulty can be overcome. After the snow clears, this land will carry hope and witness a new chapter in the development of green and clean energy.
