Journey of Progress: Frontline Grinding and Growth

    From the Dalian Airport project to the Hengli Heavy Industry auxiliary workshop project, I have witnessed my growth in the face of challenges. When taking over the Hengli Heavy Industry project, the tight schedule and complex geological conditions put a lot of pressure on me. The construction is divided into two stages: 3000 level point compaction and 6000 level displacement pile. When compacting, groundwater gushed out, causing the suction hammer to be unable to be pulled out. We discussed with the client and adopted a large-scale replacement plan to solve the problem; In the construction of replacement piles, we adjusted the construction method based on geological conditions and ultimately completed the task on time. After the project was completed, we rushed to the Chifeng construction site again. On a cold night, the team cooperated seamlessly and, after four hours of hard work, completed the task of loading the accessories. All of this made me understand that as long as we have a goal in mind, no matter how harsh the environment is, it cannot stop us from moving forward.
    This year is a year of progress, and I am well aware that what I have learned is far from enough. I must work harder and strive to contribute more to the development of the company.
