Forge ahead overseas and embark on a new journey of dreams

    2024 is an important turning point in my career. I participated in the construction of BYD Auto Manufacturing Plant in Cambodia, which is my first time venturing into overseas projects. The hot and humid climate and language and cultural differences in the local area have brought many challenges to the construction, but I quickly adjusted my situation, used translation software and self-taught Khmer language, gradually adapted to the environment and won the trust of local workers, promoting the smooth progress of the project. Faced with the technical difficulties of soft soil, my team and I optimized the foundation reinforcement process, successfully overcome the difficulties, and ensured the timely completion of the project.
    After the Spring Festival in 2025, I will devote myself to the construction of the Zhejiang Special Economic Zone in Cambodia. Due to the shortage of Chinese workers, I took the initiative to participate in the construction of the unit, not only adhering to my duties as a technician, but also learning new skills. In the new project, I continue to hone my professional skills, enhance my cross-cultural communication and complex problem-solving abilities, and constantly grow.
    2025 is the 'Brave Year' for the company. I will devote myself to work with greater enthusiasm and firm determination, continuously improve my professional knowledge, conduct in-depth research on local markets and policies and regulations, strengthen team collaboration, and share experiences. I believe that through joint efforts, we can contribute to the construction of Zhejiang Special Economic Zone parks and help the company achieve greater breakthroughs in overseas markets.
