    I have spent three years since joining JIN BAODAO in January 2022. When I first joined the company, I was inexperienced and had only a superficial understanding of the work. However, my colleagues and leaders in the department provided me with great help and tolerance, allowing me to constantly grow in difficulties and gradually adapt to the pace of work.
    In my work, I not only completed daily payment and reimbursement tasks, but also became proficient in preparing loan business and frequently communicated with banks and third-party personnel. I always uphold the professional ethics of financial personnel, being rigorous and meticulous, accurately grasping the communication balance, and avoiding problems. Persist in daily inventory and verification to ensure that the accounts match reality, communicate closely with the financial manager to ensure that payment information is accurate, and have not made any mistakes due to carelessness in the past three years. In the past year, I have significantly improved my skills and mindset, learning to calmly deal with difficulties and solve problems in an orderly manner. In the future, I plan to deepen my study of financial management, introduce advanced concepts and technologies, optimize processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen departmental collaboration to promote efficient operation of the company.
    In the past year, I have been constantly growing amidst changes, and I hope to continue working hand in hand with JIN BAODAO in the future. Whether it's three years, seven years, or even longer, it will become a precious asset in my life. In the Year of the Snake, I sincerely wish JIN BAODAO continued prosperity, and that we can create brilliance together, opening a new chapter.
