From ignorance to growth, forge ahead together with JIN BAODAO

    Time flies, I have been working in the company for nearly a year. When I first entered the workplace, I was naive and had difficulty understanding the intentions of my leaders. However, the company provided me with opportunities for growth, and my colleagues helped me gain a lot. This experience was of great significance to my transformation from a student to a qualified employee and was a valuable asset in my life.
    Working in the Engineering Technology Department, I was initially unfamiliar with professional knowledge and often made mistakes due to impatience and carelessness. My leaders and mentors taught me to love what I do. I actively work hard, ask questions if I don't understand, learn if I can, and practice if it's not good. With everyone's help, I gradually entered a working state and gained confidence and determination. In the past year, I have participated in 61 projects, from collaborating on CAD drawings to independently completing bidding documents, gradually mastering key nodes. Although the details of the bidding work determine success or failure, I still make mistakes. However, the leader has repeatedly pointed out the errors, which has greatly reduced my error rate. I sincerely appreciate the guidance of the leader.
    Looking back on the past, I use 'harvest' to describe my inner feelings. I have limited efforts, but I have gained a lot - achievements, growth, trust, and corporate warmth. Looking ahead to the future, I will continuously improve my business level and comprehensive quality, and contribute to the development of the company. This year is the year of progress for JIN BAODAO. I will embrace every challenge with full enthusiasm and firm belief, repay the cultivation and trust of the company, and work together with the company to embark on a new journey.
