    I spent a fulfilling year in the administrative and human resources department of the company. This year, I have continuously grown in my work and accumulated rich practical experience. I focus on visual image promotion work, working side by side with the team, shooting in-depth on the front line, carefully planning and editing promotional works, and also participating in the design of the company's cultural wall and brochure production to help promote the company's brand.
    In terms of professional skills, I constantly learn and break through, mastering shooting techniques and script production knowledge, and improving the texture of the images. But I also realized that my shooting skills were insufficient in complex environments, and my English proficiency limited the production of international promotional videos. In the future, I will conduct advance surveys, prepare auxiliary equipment, learn parameter adjustments, and improve my English proficiency to better complete promotional work.
    Looking ahead to 2025, with full enthusiasm and unremitting efforts, I will comprehensively enhance the new media publicity matrix, study English website design and creative production of new promotional videos, keep up with market trends and company strategies, and contribute more to the development of the company.
