Crossing Mountains and Seas, Advancing towards Uzbekistan

    In 2024, the company will launch its "Overseas Year" strategy, and I am fortunate to participate in the construction of energy storage projects in Uzbekistan. As a construction worker who set foot in Central Asia for the first time, the project faced severe challenges in the early stages: transportation equipment had to cross narrow and steep rural dirt roads during heavy snow. The team worked together, with Li Rui coordinating the freight transportation and Feng Jun driving the loader for traction. All personnel laid anti slip aggregates, ultimately breaking through the transportation difficulties.

    The implementation of European standards in the project brings new challenges. When renovating the site in January 2025, translating multilingual materials became a bottleneck. Russian translation often shows professional deviations such as "loader" turning into "forklift". Fortunately, with the assistance of the translation team, the accuracy of the document was ensured through Chinese English Russian trilingual proofreading. At the same time, technician Li Rui took on the responsibility of logistical support, serving as both a driver and in charge of procurement, allowing the team to feel warm during the Spring Festival in a foreign country.

    The most challenging test comes from the project's overall commander, Manager Yao. He needs to coordinate all aspects of EPC and coordinate with more than ten participating units, especially the implementation of the testing plan is far more difficult than expected. Faced with the potential risk of equipment downtime, he and Director Wen worked through the night to deduce a plan and ultimately ensured that the testing was completed on schedule.

    As practitioners of the 'Year of Progress', we are not only builders but also cultural ambassadors. In the future, we will continue to uphold the spirit of loyalty, gratitude, dedication, and innovation, and use our professional strength to pave the way for our overseas development.
