I am currently at the construction site of the Xishuangbanna Airport expansion project, where the local temperature continues to be around 35 ℃, the scorching sun is like fire, and the construction site is like a steamer. But the dynamic compaction machine kept roaring, and the huge rammer struck repeatedly, pushing forward the construction operation.

The employees stick to their posts and cooperate seamlessly. The commanding staff were sweating profusely, waving the commanding flag vigorously; The driver of the dynamic compaction machine closely monitors the dashboard and the site, with precise operation; Material transportation and assistance personnel travel back and forth without fear of high temperatures. They silently contributed to the completion of the project.

One morning, while I was having a meeting at the site of Party A, the driver of the compactor, Ma Suisui, called to inform me that the hoist of the compactor was slipping. I quickly explained to Party A and rushed to the scene. Previously, the driver had reported to the leadership and contacted the manufacturer's after-sales service to explain the malfunction. Due to the tight schedule, the after-sales service arrived at the project department at 9 pm that evening. That night, the rammer driver communicated with the after-sales service about the maintenance plan and prepared the necessary supplies. At six o'clock the next day, maintenance personnel began dismantling and disassembling the winch, working at a high temperature of 35 ℃ until seven o'clock at night. When the replacement parts were ready, it was already 8 pm the next day.

Due to the tight schedule, I asked Ma Suisui to continue working at night, and he readily agreed. After dinner, the driver and related personnel immediately started working until 5 am. From morning till night, with less than 3 hours of rest in between, everyone had no complaints, demonstrating the speed and spirit of JIN BAODAO. In maintenance and subsequent construction, they never give up and solve any difficulties, which is worth learning from.

As long as you have the determination to face difficulties, they can be easily solved. This is the speed and spirit of JIN BAODAO employees and the big family. With this determination, we will surely reach new heights.
