 Joining the ethylene project is a challenging new field for me. The project is grand in scale, technically complex, and time is tight. When I first joined the team, the unfamiliar working environment, professional terminology, and process flow overwhelmed me. I am racing against time to learn professional knowledge, seeking advice from seniors, and striving to adapt to project requirements.

      In project construction, the power of teamwork drives the giant ship to break through the waves. The employees on JIN BAODAO demonstrated their expertise and worked together to overcome difficulties, which made me deeply appreciate the power of teamwork. The advanced management mode of the project owner has also provided us with valuable experience. We have also ensured the safe progress of the project through safety training and strict mechanical equipment management. ​
      The large-scale ethylene project is not only a competition of technology and time, but also a fertile ground for innovation. We uphold the spirit of loyalty, gratitude, dedication, and innovation, constantly learning, exploring, and innovating.
