Dawn pierces through the thin mist of the central Yunnan Plateau, and the arm of dynamic compaction machine has lifted the hammer of the new day. The collision of iron and soil bursts into thunderstorms, and the gravel is suspended into a golden nebula. The breathing of the diesel engine resonates with the earth's pulse. On this land that is about to lift a world-class aviation hub, the people of JIN BAODAO are writing a poem belonging to China's infrastructure with their unique engineering language.

When I first joined the company, I participated in the Kaiyuan Xiaolongtan project and the Kunming Changshui Airport project, where I met a group of "lovely people". The care of the leaders, the help between colleagues, the trust and support given by the leaders, and the tacit cooperation of the team made me firmly believe that this is a platform for long-term cultivation. I have a deep understanding of the company's "people-oriented" concept, and this sense of belonging has also prompted me to continuously improve my professional abilities and create greater value for the company. In the airport project, due to the distance between the project department and the work area, I was responsible for the work area of CHINA RAILWAY 12TH BUREAU GROUP CO.,LTD. This transformation from being at a loss to being independent is engraved with the growth trajectory of a technician.

Due to altitude, during dynamic compaction operations, wind and rain often accompany us. Rainwater flows along the edge of the safety helmet, forming a curtain that blurs our vision, but cannot extinguish the passion in our hearts. Faced with frequent malfunctions of digital equipment caused by electromagnetic interference on the runway, coupled with tight construction schedules, after multiple unsuccessful attempts to repair the digital department, timely contact was made with the work area command center, allowing for construction while retaining the original construction data.From then on, after multiple failures, without delaying the construction period, the construction will be carried out according to the triangular response mechanism of "command center site digitization", comparing and correcting manual recorded data with digital data. Engineering wisdom can grow in unexpected cracks.

From the first strike before dawn to the late night when the star chart takes over, the people of JIN BAODAO use hammers as pens, using the earth as a scroll, to write a new legend of China's infrastructure on the banks of Changshui. When the plane passes through the clouds, remember these devotees who buried their faith underground - they not only consolidated the foundation of the runway, but also laid the foundation for the route connecting China and the world.
