System Certification Empowers, Genuine Expertise Tempered at Project Frontline

On the morning of March 25, 2025, with expectations for growth, I accompanied Director Cheng from the Administrative and Personnel Department and Teacher Zhai from the certification company to the Xiaoshuai Project Department in Shijiazhuang to carry out this year's three-system supervision audit. Having been exposed to dynamic compaction knowledge in daily work for more than half a year since joining JIN BAODAO, I finally had the opportunity to enter the roaring construction site. This is not only a site where the tamper dialogues with the earth but also a touchstone to inspect the implementation effect of the three systems.  

In the car, Director Cheng elaborated on the company's development history to Teacher Zhai. The fine dust raised by the wheels rolling on the road vaguely overlapped with the yellowed entrepreneurial photos in the archives. Before we knew it, we arrived at the destination. When Project Manager Feng Zhenhu greeted us into the simple office, the undried mud marks on the safety helmets stacked in the corner told the tense pace of construction. Without taking a rest, Teacher Zhai immediately engaged in the system audit by reviewing various documents on the desk, while Director Cheng and Manager Feng patiently answered related questions beside him.  

After the document review, Manager Feng led us to the construction site. The moment I stepped into the site, I was shocked by the scene before me. Workers were busy in the dust with safety helmets on, and the tamper in the distance fell from a high altitude, making continuous noises, causing the ground under my feet to tremble. It was as if the land was narrating its transformation and rebirth, with every inch "shouting" for the project's advancement. 

This in-depth experience at the project frontline not only gave me an intuitive understanding of the actual project operation process but also deepened my comprehension of JIN BAODAO's business and corporate culture. In the future, I will apply what I have seen, learned, and felt at the frontline to my daily work and contribute to the company's development.
