Solid Foundation through Pragmatism, Far-reaching Progress through Steadfast Action

Evening at the Construction Site of Luoyang Culture and Tourism College: Bright Lights and Steady compactor  Sounds. The JIN BAODAO team is sparing no effort for the foundation project of this century-old institution, interpreting the construction philosophy of "quality first" with professionalism and responsibility.  

At the initial stage of the project, the company's management led technical teams to conduct multiple on-site surveys. Combining with the architectural characteristics of the Culture and Tourism College, a zoned and graded dynamic compaction scheme was formulated. During the scheme discussion meeting, the company put forward a clear requirement:"Educational projects are related to the long-term future, and every link must stand the test."  

"Local Conditions Adaptation": Optimizing the compaction energy level and point layout according to the load requirements of different areas such as libraries and laboratory buildings; 

"Risk Precontrol": Conducting advance inspections of underground pipelines to ensure zero hidden dangers in construction safety. From trial compaction to acceptance, the project department has always upheld a rigorous attitude and carried out division of labor and collaboration:  

  • The technical team monitors compaction settlement data around the clock and adjusts construction parameters in a timely manner;  
  • The survey team repeatedly calibrates elevations in the cold wind, with figures holding instruments shuttling through the construction site;  
  • The safety team strictly controls the operation radius and strengthens safety awareness at daily pre-work meetings.  

"Dynamic compaction is the result of collective collaboration, and everyone is a key link," summed up the project manager at the regular meeting. The sound of the hammer hitting the ground gradually merges into the night of Luoyang, but the footsteps of JIN BAODAO people never stop. In the future, the team will continue to escort the follow-up projects of the Culture and Tourism College with solid technology and a pragmatic attitude, and practice the original intention of "building high-quality projects and setting industry benchmarks" with actions.
