The May wind carries the scent of earth, gently brushing over the bustling construction site. As the Labor Day in May approaches, on this festival dedicated to laborers, the company extends its warmest greetings and highest respect to all workers fighting on the frontline of construction!
The familiar roar of machinery resounds again. The hammer of the dynamic compaction machine rises and falls repeatedly, vibrating the ground beneath. Through cold winters and hot summers, these craftsmen have always stuck to their posts on the construction site. It is their day-after-day hard work that lays a solid foundation for every project. They are the most reliable "foundation guardians" in engineering construction.
In the Baotou dynamic compaction project, the extreme cold of minus 20 degrees became a "stumbling block" in front of us. The machinery seemed to freeze in the low temperature and could hardly operate; workers wore thick cotton-padded clothes, their movements clumsy but their eyes still blazing with determination. The urgency of the construction schedule and the strict data requirements were like heavy stones pressing on the workers' hearts. To ensure project progress, they braved the cold wind and carried out construction overnight. The permafrost was as hard as iron, making pit-leveling operations extremely difficult, but no one flinched. Leaders coordinated on-site scheduling, equipment personnel maintained and preheated machinery overnight, and the logistics team delivered hot meals and warm supplies in a timely manner. With united efforts, they finally overcame this "tough nut".
The Hengli Heavy Industry Auxiliary Workshop project also faced numerous challenges. During the 3000-energy-level point compaction, groundwater gushed out like a spring, trapping the suction tamper and making it difficult to pull out. Facing this dilemma, the team repeatedly discussed with the client and finally determined a large-area replacement filling plan, successfully resolving the crisis. For the 6000-energy-level replacement pile construction, the elevation control of the final impact was a "delicate task". Workers relied on rich experience, backfilled aggregate according to geological conditions, and precisely controlled each tamper stroke, keeping construction errors within millimeters. On a cold and windy night at the Chifeng construction site, to complete an urgent loading task, everyone tacitly collaborated, shuttling among icy) metal parts for 4 consecutive hours of operation, interpreting responsibility and commitment through their perseverance. These moments of overcoming difficulties are a vivid portrayal of the carve a path through mountains and build bridges over waters spirit of our dynamic compaction team.
The successful completion of each dynamic compaction project is inseparable from the dedication of every JIN BAODAO employee.
