Successful Completion of Uzbekistan Energy Storage Project

On June 2, the first Energy Storage and Dynamic Compaction Project in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, undertaken by our company for China Energy Engineering Group, was successfully completed. This marks another benchmark set by Chinese private enterprises in the field of overseas new energy infrastructure. Upon the project's completion, the Company's Chairman made a special trip to the site to condolence frontline staff and delivered important deployments for overseas market expansion, team building, and young talent cultivation.

Breaking the Involution: Overseas Markets as a New Growth Engine

Facing challenges such as the domestic construction industry downturn, reduced construction projects, and increasing difficulty in payment collection, the Chairman candidly stated at the project summary meeting: "Expanding into overseas markets is a critical step to break the involution dilemma." He pointed out that Central Asia has strong infrastructure demand, and the company will take the Uzbekistan project as a starting point to deepen cooperation with Central Asian countries, creating more stable development opportunities for over 300 employee families. He also emphasized: "No matter how difficult it is, the company promises to pay all employees' welfare benefits on time and in full to safeguard the livelihood of every employee's family." The statement was met with warm applause at the scene.

Young Professionals Take Center Stage: Post-90s and Post-00s Shine on the Global Stage

As the company's first overseas project independently completed by a Post-90s and Post-00s youth team, this project became the focus of the Chairman's commendation. "From technical breakthroughs to cross-cultural communication, young people have proven themselves with their capabilities!" He specifically mentioned that young employees demonstrated exceptional adaptability and innovative thinking, successfully overcoming challenges such as language barriers and standard differences. "The future belongs to the young, and now is the time to take the baton. The company will provide more international platforms and looks forward to you drawing a more brilliant blueprint!"

Vision for Central Asia: Building a Sustainable Development Ecosystem

The Chairman emphasized that based on the in-depth advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative, the company will increase investment in the Central Asian market, integrate new energy resources such as photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage, and intelligent construction with broad development prospects, highlight the advantages of dynamic compaction technology, and form a "technology output + localized operation" model. The next step is to plan new projects in countries such as Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, while promoting business development in the entire Eurasian Economic Union to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
Finally, the Chairman emotionally : "The snowy expedition road, youth conquers all difficulties," triggering resonance. This team with an average age of 30 is becoming the sharpest vanguard in the company's overseas strategy.
