Company Chief Engineer Dong Baozhi Invited to "Foundation Expert – Lao Zhu Lecture Hall" Live Broadcast

On the evening of September 23, 2025, the 58th episode of the "Foundation Expert – Lao Zhu Lecture Hall" live broadcast was successfully held, attracting many professionals and technology enthusiasts in geotechnical engineering and other fields. The event specially invited Senior Engineer Dong Baozhi, Chief Engineer of our company, together with resident guest Researcher Zhu Chunming and program host Xiao Zi, to discuss the exploration and practice of dynamic compaction method in treating high fill foundations.
During the event, Chief Engineer Dong first gave a brief introduction to our company. He mentioned that since its establishment in 2007, Shanxi Jinbaodao Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd., under the leadership of its founder and Chairman Wen Zhe, has always focused on the R&D and promotion of dynamic compaction technology. Currently, it is a national high-tech enterprise, a "Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative" small and medium-sized enterprise in Shanxi Province, and one of the largest professional dynamic compaction companies in China. In recent years, it has also actively responded to the national "Belt and Road" initiative and expanded into overseas markets. He then introduced the company’s research and exploration on the reinforcement mode and mechanism of dynamic compaction foundations, and finally reported the exploration and practice of the company’s multiple fill projects with engineering cases.
During the live broadcast, many viewers actively asked questions or shared their opinions. Chief Engineer Dong Baozhi and Researcher Zhu Chunming jointly answered the questions and interacted with the audience. The live broadcast achieved excellent results, with over 2,200 online viewers.
"Foundation Expert" is a series of public welfare activities hosted by the "Foundation College" of the China Foundation Technology Innovation Intellectual Property Alliance. To further explore and promote innovative technologies and personal expertise in the foundation engineering field, the "Foundation Expert" program was launched. Resident guest Zhu Chunming is a Researcher at the China Academy of Building Research, Chief Engineer of the Second Institute of Foundation and Underground Space Research of CABR Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd., and Director of the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering (CSRME) and Chairman of the Geotechnical Foundation and Structural Engineering Branch.
