At 10:00 a.m. on October 14, 2025, Yangquan City Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Our Company held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Li Yanming, Secretary of the Party Committee & Chairman of Yangquan City Construction Group, and Wen Zhe, Chairman of Our Company, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties respectively; relevant leaders of both parties attended the ceremony.
At the beginning of the ceremony, leaders from both parties gave detailed introductions on their respective companies' development history, industrial layout, core advantages, and future development plans. Yangquan City Construction Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1952. In 2018, with the in-depth advancement of the corporate system reform, it was officially renamed "Yangquan City Construction Group Co., Ltd.". After more than 70 years of development, the company has accumulated rich construction experience and comprehensive all-round construction capabilities. Its business scope covers multiple fields including engineering construction, real estate development, cultural tourism & health care, new rural construction, smart property management, and investment & financing. It is equipped with various types of mechanical equipment required for construction operations, has introduced advanced technologies and construction methods, and possesses the comprehensive strength to independently undertake large-scale engineering projects and high-end construction projects such as DB, EPC, and ABO.
As a leading enterprise specializing in foundation engineering, JIN BAODAO Company has profound technical accumulation, advanced equipment, and a professional team in the field of dynamic compaction technology. Its business is not only deeply rooted in the domestic market but also covers regions such as Southeast Asia and Central Asia. Through the introductions, both parties further deepened their recognition of each other's core advantages, consolidated their shared vision for future development, and reached a consensus on cooperation directions.
Subsequently, under the joint witness of all participants, leaders from both parties completed the signing of the Framework Agreement on Joint R&D of Dynamic Compaction Technology. The signing of this framework agreement marks the official launch of cooperation between the two enterprises in the field of joint R&D of dynamic compaction technology.
This strategic cooperation signing is an important practice for both parties to base themselves on the overall development situation, leverage their respective advantages, promote resource sharing, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
