JIN BAODAO's "leadership team" is always in "tackling mode". To break through technical bottlenecks, Chairman Wen Zhe traveled between domestic and foreign design institutes, repeatedly simulating parameters with experts based on geological survey maps and embedding "every inch of foundation must stand the test" into every plan. Chief Technical Officer Dong Baozhi rushed around various regions, fortifying the foundation of quality through technical training and experience sharing. Yang Guanjun, Director of Production and Operations, coordinates personnel, equipment deployment and cost accounting to ensure precise and efficient investment. Zhao Yafang, Director of Technical and Business Operations, deeply engages in business affairs, optimizing plans to remove obstacles to project progress. Guo Xiujun from the Support Department focuses on equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring "zero delays" for operations at home and abroad. He Xiaozhong, Assistant to the Chairman stationed overseas, conducts overall coordination to keep overseas projects in sync with domestic operations. The leadership team performs their respective duties while collaborating closely, integrating the iron principles of "quality, safety, and cost" throughout the entire process.

Domestically, the southern team braves heat and humidity to debug dynamic compaction machines, keeping a close eye on tamping precision even as sweat soaks through their work clothes. The northern team inspects construction milestones amid coolness, adhering strictly to standards despite temperature differences, with real-time experience sharing between the two regions. Overseas employees overcome time zone and language barriers, calibrating tamping points during the day and identifying potential safety hazards with the domestic team across time zones at night, integrating "safety is no trivial matter" into every operation. From project managers to frontline technicians, everyone works together as one, ensuring the dynamic compaction spirit of "daring to take on tough battles and prevail" is passed down endlessly.
Warmth accompanies perseverance. In domestic canteens, leaders come with consolation gifts; steaming meals dispel fatigue, and laughter is filled with interesting work stories. During overseas video calls, cross-ocean greetings and sharing intertwine, making the friendship particularly heartwarming.
