Today is no exception. I pen this piece, JIN BAODAO Turns 18!, in commemoration of the company’s 18th anniversary.
JIN BAODAO steps into its 19th year today. Standing at the threshold of this new chapter, my emotions surge—scenes of arduous struggles emerge before my eyes from time to time.

Eighteen years have passed in the blink of an eye.

Over 18 years, we started as a small team of five people in an alley on Bingzhou Road, Taiyuan City. Today, we have evolved into a professionally managed, powerful dynamic compaction enterprise with over 300 full-time employees.

Over 18 years, we have forged ahead relentlessly in the "dynamic compaction" track, never straying from our path. From an unknown startup, we have grown into one of China’s largest, most influential, and technologically advanced enterprises in the dynamic compaction industry.

Over 18 years, we have completed more than a thousand dynamic compaction projects of varying scales—from within Shanxi Province to other regions, from the Central Plains to border areas, and further to overseas markets.

Over 18 years, our footprint spans almost all industrial sectors: iron and steel, metallurgy, petroleum, coal, chemical engineering, electric power, building materials, light industry, and real estate.

We have also ventured into infrastructure construction such as airports and ports, as well as engineering fields including logistics parks, mountain reclamation, and sea reclamation.

Over 18 years, we have summarized the compaction characteristics of every soil type—rock, sand, mixed soil, and muck. From single to mixed soil properties, we have gained a profound understanding of foundation engineering through every hammer strike.

Over 18 years, we have published more than 50 academic papers, participated in the compilation of multiple industry standards, and become a benchmark for technological excellence in the sector.

Over 18 years, we have gradually formed a corporate culture centered on "Loyalty, Gratitude, Dedication, and Innovation," building a strong, resilient team that is especially hardworking, combat-ready, and loyal.

Over 18 years, through solid work, tough work, and relentless effort, we have laid a solid foundation for the enterprise.

Over 18 years, we have experienced joys and sorrows, learning that a successful enterprise relies not only on strength but also on synergy.

Today, the 19-year-old JIN BAODAO enters its prime.

In the past year:

We moved into a new office, marking the full launch of JIN BAODAO’s internationalization drive.

We added multiple Yutong 750CS machines and newly purchased Yutong 3000MHE and 750MHE—China’s most advanced crawler-type dynamic compaction equipment.

The "Joint Research Center for Dynamic Compaction Technology" led by a renowned exploration expert further refined our innovative cooperation model between enterprises and research institutes.

The manuscript of Research and Application of Dynamic Compaction Equipment and Technology entered the printing stage and will be released soon.

Our research project "Stability Study of High Backfill Dynamic Compaction" was completed, and the patent for "Dynamic Compaction Instead of Piling in Industrial Plants" was approved.

After being recognized as a "Specialized, Refined, Characteristic, and Innovative Enterprise," we were awarded the title of "National-Level High-Tech Enterprise," reinforcing our commitment to building a world-class dynamic compaction enterprise driven by technology.

We added four strategic partners among central and state-owned enterprises.

We initiated the development of intelligent dynamic compaction machines.

We established two new overseas companies in Kazakhstan and Malaysia, bringing the total number of overseas subsidiaries to seven and accelerating our global market expansion.

Today, we possess China’s most complete full-cycle management chain for dynamic compaction operations, covering material procurement, machine transportation, spare parts supply, fuel supply, construction management, and equipment maintenance. Our operational efficiency and cost control capabilities lead the industry.

From its infancy to maturity, JIN BAODAO has gained recognized market brand value.

With the continuous development of geotechnical technology, innovations in dynamic compaction applications, and the expansion of our overseas business,

we are poised to embrace broader development prospects and a more favorable business environment.

As it enters its 19th year:

JIN BAODAO will strive to be a trustworthy foundation engineering enterprise with ideals, aspirations, responsibility, and accountability.

JIN BAODAO will become a knowledge-based, technology-driven, service-oriented enterprise that upholds an open spirit and leads the development of dynamic compaction technology.

JIN BAODAO will leverage its dynamic compaction core business to gradually transform into a total site treatment solution provider.

JIN BAODAO will consolidate its domestic market position and navigate internal competition through brand strength.

JIN BAODAO will vigorously expand its international presence—after solidifying its layout in Southeast Asia and Central Asia, it will expand into Africa, seeking joint ventures, cooperation, and wisdom sharing to further specialize and strengthen its global footprint.

Let us move forward with hope, climb against challenges, and create a more brilliant future for JIN BAODAO!
