At JIN BAODAO’s Sichuan project, post-rain dynamic compaction operations faced critical risks of mud and debris splashing, threatening to contaminate and damage the adjacent completed factory area. Led by Project Manager Zhang Shouming, a dedicated task force was formed. After evaluating multiple solutions, the team developed a splash-proof device combining square-tube framing with flexible protective materials. This simple yet effective innovation completely resolved the splashing issue, ensuring safe and efficient construction progress. It exemplifies the company’s frontline-focused, action-oriented culture of practical innovation.

Braving Africa Across Mountains and Seas, Forging Overseas Dreams Through Hardships

To expand its overseas market, Shanxi Jinbaodao Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. has launched its dynamic compaction business in Zambia. It completed preliminary work including market research, equipment maintenance and transportation, and deployment of key personnel. Overcoming multiple difficulties in language, logistics and harsh local conditions, and with strong support from the project owner and general contractor, the company has fully finished all pre-construction preparations. The project is scheduled to officially commence on May 4, 2026, fully demonstrating the company’s responsibility and commitment in overseas engineering.
Company Successfully Passes Three Management System Recertification Audit

Recently, our company has successfully been recognized as a Taiyuan Municipal Enterprise Technology Center in the 20th batch. I, my colleague Chen Hong, and Director Cheng went to the Yangquan construction site to collect footage for "Song of the Rammer". We personally witnessed the workers' arduous labor and tacit mutual assistance as they braved the cold wind and severe cold. Their perseverance and dedication have materialized the company's culture of "Loyalty, Gratitude, Dedication and Innovation". I froze this passionate perseverance with the camera, injecting the most authentic spiritual power into the corporate song.

On Double 12 of 2025, a heavy snow blanketed Yuxian County. Before the snowfall, biting winds raged relentlessly, yet the film crew at the construction site braved the bitter cold and stayed on duty. After the snow, the world was cloaked in a vast expanse of white, and construction work was suspended due to the extreme weather. The snowscape brought a sense of tranquility and stirred the northerners' deep affection for snow. However, rain and snow are anathema to dynamic compaction engineering, and worries soon emerged over construction delays and equipment idleness caused by the inclement weather.

Having been with the Baotou Xiguitu Project of JIN BAODAO for over a month, I have gained an understanding of the "Foundation Worker" responsibility through RTK stakeout calibration and data organization. My mentor, the project manager, and frontline workers each perform their respective duties, and I also stand firm in my post. Together, we jointly interpret the responsibility and commitment of Jinbao Island’s "Foundation Workers" through our actions.

I have been stationed at the Zhaotong Project for over half a year, and the project has entered the final settlement stage. Starting from ignorance when I first arrived at the construction site, I have gradually mastered the construction technologies of intra-hole dynamic compaction gravel piles and CFG piles. I participated in on-site operations and data organization, and deeply realized the value of practice. This experience has not only improved my professional skills but also helped me develop a rigorous attitude, becoming a valuable asset in my career.
